Educational film about road safety. The film is in three sections: what happened, what might have happened, and what should have happened.

The first part shows three young cyclists riding without brakes, ignoring road signs, riding three abreast, etc. and a girl playing with a ball by the roadside. The second part shows the accidents that could have occurred because of their mistakes, and the third part shows correct and safe road use.
